• For individual bookings: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled check-in date for any cancellations or modifications.
• For group bookings (8 guests or 3 rooms): We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled check-in date for any cancellations or modifications.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• If a cancellation is made within the specified notice period, no cancellation fees will be charged, and any advance payments made will be fully refunded.
• If a cancellation is made after the specified notice period, or in the case of a no-show, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the booking.

3. Refunds and Booking Modifications:

• Refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice period will be processed within 15 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Modifications to bookings, such as changes in dates or the number of guests, are subject to availability and must be requested within the specified notice period. Additional charges may apply based on the revised booking details.

4. Force Majeure:

• In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings without any penalties or liabilities.
• We highly recommend our guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may necessitate a cancellation or early departure.
• By confirming a booking with us, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with our cancellation policy.
